Pretty Weather

Its definently time for an update. Things are running pretty smoothly. the weather has been SO nice. Yesterday, I spent all afternoon at my brothers house outside running around with the kids, jumping on the trampoline. Seth and Lincoln came over too and my sister Jill's kids came over too and we just ran around acting like litte kids. It felt so good to be carefree and not worrying about anything. I think sometimes we let life get the best of us. Things don't go are way, or we are frustrated with certain things. But life is to be enjoyed not just endured. Latly, I have been frustrated with some things but I have come to realize its life and I can't control it and I am wasting energy worrying about it.

Work is going well. I made 68 dollars saturday which is way good. I didn't work on friday. Seth found someone to work for me so me lincoln and seth went out to dinner and to a movie. it was a lot of fun. I leave for school next month. It is SO crazy. I seriously feel like I was just there. So much has changed in this short year but everything that has changed has really been for the better. I have mixed feelings about this semester because last summer just can not be topped. A lot is going to be different but it is still going to be fun so i am excited.

And of course I have to bring up Ecuador. I miss it. I just read all my entries in my journal from Ecuador and I really wanna go back. The memories are so real i can see them perfectly. But, luckily my sister and brother in law are officially adopting from the orphanage i worked in so im soo excited.

I better get to bed. I'll post some pictures soon.

SICK

It is way to late for me to be up right now but i gave my nieces a wonderful idea that they should suprise their mom and clean their room tonight. Little did I know that they would make me stay up with them while they did it. They are bickering while they are cleaning though and I am having to tell them to be nice.

I have been sick for the past two days with a sore throat, cough and I don't have a voice. I never lose my voice. I am still working and I have a interview on monday for Max & Erma's to be a server. It will be my third job but I just gotta work hard so i can play in the summer.

Everything in life is really good. I feel so grateful for everything I have. I have been blessed with WONDERFUL friends and family. I really couldn't ask for better friends and family. I have had the oppurtunity to go to Ecuador and make some amazing friends and children that i fell in love with. I have the gospel in my life and knowledge of the purpose of this life. I have been reading a book about Joseph Smith and I feel like I know him so much more. He went through so much tribulation so we could have this Gospel in our lives. I am truly grateful for that. Well I gotta go help these girls and get to bed.

Missing you

So this morning i woke up from dreaming about Ecuador all night. I was back in Ecuador and Santi wasn't being looked out for and was crying and I was taking care of him and playing with him and he was calling me mommy. Dreaming about it is not making it easier to be away from the kids. I really didn't know i would have this hard of a time being away from them. Its harder now than the first couple of weeks. Everyone tells me that I just need to move on but I'm not. I will go back and visit soon. They mean to much to me. My heart aches for them, it really does.

But other than that everything is great. I am working two jobs and joined a gym so I am staying pretty busy which I like. I love being home with family. My christmas went really good and very relaxing. No big plans for New Years, just babysitting and hopefully getting some money out of it. But thats all for now.

So latly i have felt that all I do is babysit..BUT its totally worth it cause i have so much fun with all my nieces and nephews!!! We are all so close and i love it

Mi Primer Blog

Well I am back from Ecuador and decided to start another blog to follow the trend of my family. Its nice to be back home but i miss the kids a lot. Kasi (the girl who took my place) told me they were asking for me yesterday at lunch. They were saying they loved me and missed me then started chanting my name. It made me want to cry. But I know I will see them again. I also just went to Idaho and Utah to visit some friends. I had a lot of fun. I went to Salt Lake for the first time ever and got to see Crystal, Beth, and Karlie from ecuador. I got to go to the Christmas devo and everything. The conference center is HUGE. The lights on temple square were so pretty. I start work this Monday and I am excited because i have nothing to do. Im just babysitting and hanging out with family which is fun of course. I am so excited for the Christmas season! Oh while i was in salt lake i went to the high school where High school musical was filmed. ya i pretty much loved it.
